These are workshops that have been developed for University Post Grad Courses (ISGB & Lusíada) as well as companies that want to bring their staff up to speed on the developments of Social Media. It’s an unbiased view of Social Media. If I wanted to know whether or not, or even how to initiate a social media strategy, this is what I would have liked to know. Luckily for me, I have a real job as well which means I don’t just talk shop – I actually have to make this stuff work in real life – and it’s not easy!
